UH Retiree Lawsuit Urgent Meeting Thursday September 24th 2pm

Piedmont has filed a Motion for Summary Judgement which means they are asking the judge to decide our case without holding a full trial. Our attorney, Mr. Jack Long, must submit a response to the judge by end of the month. He wants to meet with all of us on Thursday, September 24th with our group.

He will discuss this and other updates on our case. He also needs each of us to complete and sign a Declaration which he needs to submit to the judge with our response to Piedmont’s Motion for Summary Judgement.  This will be ready for you to complete and sign at the meeting.

For those who can’t come to the meeting we will have drop-in sessions. If you can’t come, let me know and you can sign up for one of those sessions.
