The second ruling is our request to remove the case from current federal court back to state (Superior) couRt. Our legal team has filed several briefs and affidavits from our a task force member dealing with the issue of ERISA or not case standing, The role of the Richmond County Hospital Authority (RCHA) dealing with governance and lease ownership of the hospital.
