It\u00a0 has been a year since we last met in-person. The UH Retiree Lawsuit filed against University Health Services, INC. and Piedmont Health Care, INC is progressing. We have 173 retirees out of a possible 250ish possible as part of our lawsuit. We did prevail in having the case moved back from federal court to Richmond County Superior Court.\u00a0We want to update you and provide an opportunity for questions and more retirees to join the suit who are 65+ with 30+ yrs of continuous service.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\r\n

3. Give an opportunity for retirees who are now 65 with 30+ years of continuous service to the complete the paperwork and join the lawsuit.<\/span><\/div>\r\n
