Now that Federal Judge Randy Hall has ruled that we can proceed with our case, we have entered the critical 160 day phase for Interrogatories and Discovery. Our lawyer, Mr. Jack Long, will meet with us to discuss what the judge’s ruling means, the next steps and how we each need to help.
