Our lawyer Mr. Jack Long updated the attendees concerning the latest ruling from Federal Judge Mr. Randy Hall. The judge has allowed the major count of our suit to proceed with potential evidence discovery requests being made by both the plaintiffs and defendants in the case. This process will continue into 2026.
Our lawyer made a plea for documents that would help our case and the identification of additional 30 or more year retirees that may want to join our suit.
