Is there a membership associated with the UH Retiree Benefits Task Force

There is no membership associated with the UH Retirees Benefits Task Force. The Task Force is approximately a 15 person group of UH Retirees banded together to promote activities that will reverse University Health Services/Piedmont Augusta’s decision to reduce or eliminate current or future Retiree Health Benefits that were promised.

How many plaintiffs have joined the Complaint

There are over one-hundred and seventy 30+ year free health benefit retirees that have signed on to the action. Other qualifying recipients are being reached that may be added to the action.
