A recent ruling from Judge Randall Hall has made it possible for our legal action to proceed as an ERISA claim. This requires that Jack Long, our legal counsel, must submit our amended complaint by the end of September. Each UH retiree plaintiff is required to sign a new Declaration document related to the new ERISA claim.
To update the retirees about the recent ruling by Judge Hall and to sign the new Declaration document, we have scheduled two meeting sessions. Please attend one of these sessions.
