There is progress being made – more to come

It’s been a while and I apologize for the delay in follow up posting. Up until now there has not been anything new that I could report. However, rest assured that a couple of steps being worked on are about to drop. Release of details still must remain confidential at this time but I will say that some legal discovery and media exposure are about to unfold. (Oh no, I said to much) We, involved in the process, realize that we need to hear the heart of our UHRAA board members on this issue and attempt to work with them on behalf of all retirees. To this end we have requested to be on the agenda for their upcoming UHRAA Board Nov. 3 meeting. There is no know way to communicate with all retirees without the help of our board. I urge each of you to reach out / inform others affected by the benefits drop. That includes current working employees who are eligible for the benefits in their future. This is truly a sad transition awaiting most of us as I have posted before that will be devastating. One of my favorite sayings is the only dumb question is the one you do not ask. Keep the faith. I wish you all the best.
